We are long time customers so I'm truly sad that I have to leave this review.

On May 15, 2017 I took my best suit to these guys for cleaning. It was raining so I used the drive through window. The gentlemen who owns the cleaner took the suit and had me to hand write my contact information on a piece of paper. This was nothing new. The establishment had been using this rudimentary procedure for a while. I'd never had a problem before so I did as instructed.

When I returned the following week to pick up my suit it could not be found. The gentleman remembered me dropping it off but neither he nor his wife could find the suit. They assured me they would find out where the suit was and that it would eventually turn up and assured me that they would reimburse the cost of the suit if it could not be found.

This is where it all went south.

Since that day, each and every time I've been back to inquire about the suit, I've been given nothing but "the runaround." The first 2-3 times the excuse was the suit couldn't be located because "their computer system was down," then I was told they were calling everyone who picked up and dropped off that day (how they could know this for sure is beyond me considering the rudimentary procedures they used).

As if this all wasn't bad enough, in good faith, we took a few more items of clothing to them in the meantime, and - lo and behold - they gave my wife the wrong shirt when she returned to pick them up (the female owner had to call me on the phone to ask my wife to come back).

It's been almost two months today so I went to the establishment and requested payment for the lost suit. They refused and offered store credit, breaking their original promise. Obviously, I do not want store credit to a dry cleaning service that A) loses my clothing and B) is dishonest.

The suit cost a little over a hundred bucks (and $100 is all I asked to be reimbursed). A small price to pay to keep a long time customer, one would think. Now I'll never go back again.
